From days 2 to 7, we prioritize meeting your needs. Our dedicated team is here to address any questions or uncertainties you may have about selling your note and the terms of our offer. If you decide to move forward, please sign the necessary documents, and we will proceed with the next steps of the process.
Due diligence period
During this phase, we rigorously execute all necessary due diligence tasks. This includes obtaining an appraisal and conducting title work, both of which are covered by NoteVault, LLC. Due diligence is a thorough process that involves close collaboration with trusted partners and may take up to 14 days to complete.
Closing Day Countdown
Typically, during weeks 3-4, following the completion of due diligence, our team assumes responsibility for processing your file. We diligently work to facilitate the closure of your transaction in collaboration with a reputable title company in your local area. During the closing, you will receive the agreed-upon lump sum of cash via a wire transfer or ACH. This transaction will occur on the scheduled closing day.
